Postal Carrier Strike

To Our Surplus by Design Customers,

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike all our deliveries are going by other major carriers. The Canada Post strike is causing increased volume issues with the other carriers resulting in some delays. 

Any region of Canada that is only serviced by Canada Post - including those ones that Canada Post services the final mile of delivery for will not be able to receive any deliveries while the strike is ongoing. 

The strike is affecting a small portion of our deliveries, with no service to certain areas or delayed service to others. 

We ask for your patience and understanding. Our team has no control on package delivery once the product has left our facility.
