Shipping policy

While we do our best to accommodate all customers, there are certain things that we cannot account for:

  • All orders must ship to the address given on the order, at no point can we take email or chat requests to change the address. It is important that customers keep their account profile up to date. If a wrong address was used, the order will be cancelled, and you will need to re-order the item. 
  • All orders are shipped via national carrier, they may hand off to another carrier to complete the final mile of the delivery. This is typically done for remote regions of Canada. If this happens, there could be additional shipping charges that we are not aware of until the carrier communicates this to us. If this happens, before we ship, we will let customers know of the additional shipping fees (if any) We are not marking up shipping rates, this is just the true cost of shipping.
  • We currently only ship within Canada, we do not ship outside Canada
  • For customers in the GTA a local carrier may be used, we partner with some local delivery options to provide a faster service to these customers. 

After your order is placed, and paid for:

  • All customers will be provided a tracking number.
  • All shipments leave our facility by next business day,
  • Weather or other factors can cause delays in shipments.
