Domestic & International Buyers

No international shipments will be accepted. Orders for international customers will be cancelled and refunded.

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility if they are charged.

Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying, SurplusbyDesign is not able to estimate/quote these charges. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up.

We DO NOT mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts". US, Canadian, and international government regulations prohibit such behaviour.

Duty & Taxes:

International buyers are subject to any import duties and taxes that we cannot control. These are levied by the government of your residence. Any purchases shipped to a Canadian residence is subject to the applicable taxes of that province.

Duty - if there is any duty that would normally be paid for importing an item from the country of origin, that may not have been paid already, this will be collected.

Taxes - This can be comprised of any additional taxes that may be levied in your jurisdiction.

The shipping fee that you pay SurplusbyDesign covers only the cost of shipping, which we pre-paid.

These additional fees are collected as the cost of importing and are in no way remitted to SurplusbyDesign.
